Go the extra hole & donate an additional $20 to The SickKids Foundation!

The SickKids Foundation will issue a charitable tax receipt to PERSONAL donations. In order for The Foundation to issue this receipt, we will need to communicate your name and other personal information to The SickKids Foundation.

Unless you select the Anonymous donation option below, we will communicate the information entered in the billing information to The Foundation. By selecting the Anonymous donation type you acknowledge that you do not need a charitable receipt.
